This development will transform a former industrial site into a residential apartment complex with 118 luxury units, 120,000 square feet of self-storage space, and a retail section anchored by Planet Fitness.
Hedges at Hawthorne is expected to open in phases.  Planet Fitness is opening in December 2022. Hedges at Hawthorne apartments will see a grand opening by Winter, 2022/Early 2023.
